TERMS OF USE AND TRANSACTIONS
The website Cubestore.gr constitutes the online store of the business under the name “DIMIZAS CHRISTOS of ARISTIDIS” with the trade name “CUBESTORE.GR”, G.E.MI. number 163788301000. By accessing and using the website, the visitor/user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms of use. If they disagree, they must refrain from using the website and its services.
The company reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect already executed orders.
1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
CUBESTORE.GR, as the Data Controller, collects and processes users’ personal data exclusively for the purposes of order fulfillment, invoicing, product delivery, customer updates, and compliance with legal obligations.
Processing is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 4624/2019. Collected data includes, but is not limited to: full name, delivery address, phone number, email, and payment information.
The company does not store credit/debit card details. Payments are processed securely through the platforms of cooperating banks.

2. TRANSACTION SECURITY
All card payments are processed via Alpha e-Commerce (Alpha Bank) using TLS 1.2 encryption (128-bit SSL).
The company has taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure transaction security and customer data confidentiality.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products available through Cubestore.gr come with clear descriptions, technical specifications, and pricing (including VAT for EU countries).
The company reserves the right to adjust prices or modify products without prior notice, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
Product availability is displayed on each product’s page. If a product is unavailable, the company will inform the customer promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.
4. PRODUCT ORDERING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
Placing an order through the e-shop constitutes the conclusion of a distance sales contract governed by Law 2251/1994, as amended.
You may place a valid order through the e-shop only if you have legal capacity (i.e., over 18 years old and not under legal guardianship regarding sales contracts). Representatives of legal entities may also place orders, while the company reserves the right to require confirmation from guardians for orders placed by legally incapable persons.
ORDERING PROCESS VIA E-SHOP:
Select the products you are interested in and add them to your cart. To view the cart and proceed to checkout, click the cart icon at the top right until a preview appears, then click VIEW CART or directly on the cart icon.
Complete your order as a guest by filling in the required fields, or log in with your email and password if you have an account, or create a new account by entering your email and other necessary information.
Click CHECKOUT/COMPLETE ORDER to proceed to the next step.
Fill in billing and shipping/pickup details and select your preferred delivery method.
Choose your payment method by clicking the white circle next to the desired method and complete the order.
Upon successful completion, a confirmation message with your order number will appear on the screen, and a preview of your order will be sent to the specified email address.
TERMS OF COUPONS
Each coupon provided by Cubestore.gr carries a code that allows the user to redeem a discount.
Coupon discounts are non-exchangeable for cash and cannot be refunded.
Sharing or redeeming a coupon code with third parties not intended to receive it is strictly prohibited. Copying or reproducing coupons for unauthorized users may be detected, and the company may take legal action against offenders. The company may also disable the user account or cancel the order containing the coupon.
Cubestore.gr is not responsible for the loss of coupons due to user error, deleted messages, or emails containing the coupon. However, the rightful holder can contact the company to recover the code.
Each coupon can be used for one order only and may not be combined with other coupons.
Certain products or product categories may be excluded from coupon use.

5. DELIVERY METHOD AND TIME

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURNS
Customers within EU have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing a reason.
Returns are accepted if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
In case of withdrawal, the customer bears only the cost of returning the products.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products to the bank account provided by the customer.
If the return is due to the company’s fault or a defective product, Cubestore.gr covers the return shipping cost.
If the original packaging has been opened/altered, partial or full charges may apply. Customers should contact the company before returning.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting cube@cubestore.gr or +30 210 8316768.
After shipment, orders may be returned according to the withdrawal policy.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content (texts, photos, logos, trademarks, graphics, software) is the intellectual property of CUBESTORE.GR or its respective owners and is protected under Law 2121/1993 and relevant European regulations.
Copying, reproducing, modifying, or commercially exploiting content without written permission is prohibited.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The company is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or service interruptions due to force majeure or third-party providers.
It is also not liable for pricing or product description errors caused by oversight or technical issues.
10. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Greek law.
For any dispute arising from the use of the website or sales contract, the competent courts are the Courts of Athens.
