WITHIN GREECE
1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Payment is made upon receipt of the product via the following cooperating courier companies.
An additional fee applies for COD as follows:
Cash on delivery is not available for BOX NOW lockers or pickup from cooperating stores.
2. Credit / Debit Card Payment
You can pay using credit, debit, or prepaid cards from all banks, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover.
Card payments are processed securely via the Cardlink platform in cooperation with ALPHA BANK, ensuring full confidentiality of your transaction details.
CUBESTORE does not store your card details under any circumstances.
3. IRIS Online Payments
Fast and secure via IRIS Online Payments!
Simply log in to your e-banking account and follow the steps. Alternatively, scan the QR code on cubestore.gr, and after placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank’s web banking environment. Once logged in, confirm the transfer amount, and you will be automatically redirected back to cubestore.gr to complete your order.
4. Bank Deposit*
You can make your payment by depositing the amount into a bank account. In this case, when completing your details during the checkout process, you can select “Bank Deposit” and then proceed to finalize your order. The products in your order will be shipped only after the payment has been made to one of the bank accounts listed below and the incoming transfer has been recorded in our company’s account.
Once you have made the deposit, you must send us an email with the payment receipt at orders@cubestore.gr. The payment must be completed within 3 working days from the date you placed your order. After this period, the order may be cancelled without prior notice and the selected products may be released.

If the transfer is made from a bank other than the above, the bank fees must be covered by the sender. If fees are charged to the company, the order will not be considered paid and will not be shipped until full payment is received. Refunds to a bank other than the above will be processed minus any bank fees incurred by the company.
EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES AND THIRD COUNTRIES
For orders shipped to EU or third countries, payment can only be made via credit, debit, or prepaid cards from all banks (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover).
Card payments are processed via the Cardlink platform in a secure and controlled environment, ensuring confidentiality of your transaction.
CUBESTORE does not store your card details.
Taxation & Intra-Community / International Charges (OSS)
All product prices displayed on our online store include VAT in accordance with the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, as applied to sales within the European Union.
The applicable VAT rate is determined by the country of delivery, and may differ from the Greek VAT rate.
For orders outside the European Union, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
However, upon importation into the destination country, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied in accordance with local legislation.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and our store assumes no liability for any delays or additional costs that may arise during customs clearance.
We advise customers outside the EU to check the applicable tax and customs regulations of their country before completing their order.
