CUBESTORE delivers your order using the following methods (note: All prices listed below include VAT applicable in the country of delivery for orders within the EU.):
SHIPMENTS WITHIN GREECE
1. Delivery via GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI S.A.**
Shipping cost per order: €3.50 for delivery to the recipient’s address
€3.00 for pickup from the GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI branch serving the recipient’s area
If paying with cash on delivery, an additional €2.30 COD fee applies (see Payment Methods).
Shipping via Geniki Taxydromiki is temporarily unavailable.
Orders over €50.00 within Greece qualify for free shipping.

2. Delivery via ACS Courier
Shipping cost per order: €3.50 for delivery to the recipient’s address
€3.00 for pickup from the ACS Courier branch serving the recipient’s area
If paying with cash on delivery, an additional €2.30 COD fee applies (see Payment Methods).
Orders over €50.00 within Greece qualify for free shipping.
4. Shipment in collaboration with DHL EXPRESS
The shipping cost per order is €7.95 for parcels up to 1 kg, and it increases by €1.00 for each additional kilogram.
For orders with a total value of over €100.00, shipping within Greece is free.
4. Delivery to a locker of your choice via BOX NOW
Shipping cost per order: €3.00 for delivery to the selected locker
Orders over €50.00 within Greece qualify for free shipping.
5. Pickup from a cooperating point in Athens
Pickup from a cooperating point in Athens: Mini Market, Paraskevopoulou 109, 10445 Athens
Opening hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–15:00
Available the next day after successfully completing your order.

SHIPMENTS TO OTHER EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES
The shipping cost for orders sent to countries within the European Union, via the courier companies listed at checkout, is determined by the current price lists of our partner carriers. The applicable shipping charges per country and the estimated delivery time (starting from the next business day after the order is completed) are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
Orders with a total value over €100 to EU countries are eligible for free shipping.
Taxation and Intra-Community / International Charges (OSS system):
All product prices displayed on our online store include VAT in accordance with the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme, as applied to sales within the European Union.
The applicable VAT rate is determined by the country of delivery, and may differ from the Greek VAT rate.
SHIPMENTS TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
The shipping cost for orders sent to countries outside the European Union is determined by the current price lists of our partner courier companies. The applicable charges per country and the estimated delivery time (starting from the next business day after the order is completed) are displayed at checkout before the order is finalized.
For orders outside the European Union, prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
However, upon importation into the destination country, customs duties, taxes, or other charges may be applied in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and our store assumes no liability for any delays or additional costs that may arise during the customs clearance process.
We strongly recommend that customers outside the EU familiarize themselves in advance with the applicable tax and customs regulations of their country before completing their order.
DELIVERY TIME
Orders are shipped within one business day from payment confirmation.
Total delivery time depends on the courier and usually ranges between 1–3 business days (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas
For areas considered remote or difficult to access (as defined by the courier), delivery may take additional business days.
Force Majeure / Extraordinary Circumstances
In cases of force majeure, such as natural disasters, courier strikes, severe weather, or other extraordinary situations, delivery may be delayed.

Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. Delivery time is calculated from the date of payment confirmation and order preparation, provided all required shipping information is accurately completed by the customer.
